Our BBQ Wood Chunks are Cured in a very unique way that preserves the flavor profile while still meeting all USDA standards. We don’t cure with intense heat like our competitors do, as that will destroy the flavor profile. Our proprietary curing process is 100% focused on preserving the flavor, we remove the free water in the wood to eliminate smoldering smoke but preserve the sugar (ie, the flavor).
